  • If we get your car sale agreed, we charge a fee
  • If we don’t get your car sale agreed, we get nothing!
  • The owner must get an offer they accept before we get paid
  • The fees are charged depending on the price of the car
  • Details of our rates are as follows:

  • The fee is actually our only revenue - this is how we stay open and pay our bills.
  • Our business takes all of the hassle (and risk) out of buying and makes selling easy.
  • Only verified bidders are allowed make you an offer, which cuts out the messers and tyre kickers.
  • You have no strangers taking your car for a test drive uninsured.
  • Once an offer is accepted, the price is locked in with no messing on the doorstep looking for further discounts.
  • You pay to advertise your car with no guarantees of selling - we only charge if we deliver and get your car sold.

  • The fee is charged after you accept the offer
  • The car is sale agreed and the completion process is started
  • You fill in your name, address of where the car is located, what payment method you require as well as a suitable time to call out
  • At the end of that process, you pay our fee online through Stripe (the worlds most secure payment gateway)
  • The amount is based on the sale agreed price of the car, details of which can be found above.

  • No, I’m afraid not
  • The money for the car does not belong to us, its the buyers money
  • When we collect the buyer’s money, it goes into a client account
  • When your car passes inspection, the full amount is paid to you
  • We are not allow to touch the buyers money

  • No, I’m afraid not
  • You can’t expect us to send a truck and drive to your house to pick up your car and then ask us to chase you for the money later
  • Would Ryanair accept you paying them when the plane landed at the destination wherever you were going? No……so don’t ask us to do that.

  • Yes you get a full refund if CashOfferNow cancels the sale
  • This could be due to a fail background check
  • This could be due to the seller not being able to pay the surplus finance on the car
  • Sell sold the car just after accepting the offer

  • This would depend on the severity of the failure
  • If you knowingly didn’t disclose the car was crashed and we’ve driven 150km to inspect the car, no that would not qualify for a refund

  • If you accepted the offer and got us to driver 200km and when we arrive, you say someone else bought the car 5 minutes ago, then no - that would not qualify for a refund.
  • We have no issue with someone getting more for their car so if you have someone calling the morning we are going to collect, arrange collection for the following day so it gives you a change to complete the sale.
  • We are fair, respectful and offer a great service - we expect the same in return.
